Custom designs are what Ritual Gems is all about!

We recommend first filling out the custom design request form here: https://ritualgems.com/custom-order/

Next, once we have reviewed your request, our custom designer Liz will suggest either a $15 or $30 deposit.  Your deposit covers the custom design process.

Choose the “I know the exact design I want” option if you can specifically tell us what you are looking for and know that we carry these components or can create this.  This may require a phone consultation or email to be sure.  Please understand that we do not copy other designers work.  With this option, you will receive a mock-up of your design for approval before it is created.

Choose the “I would like design help” option if you aren’t sure of the exact design.  You may or may not know what gemstones you want to use or overall style.  This covers several design mock-ups for you to choose from.

Please note: This deposit is an additional fee for the designers time.  This is non-refundable after you have received photos or drawings of your design.  A partial refund is available if there has been communication about your design but no photos.
