This octopus mala has a beautifully artisan crafted pewter octopus guru bead with red jasper, black onyx and howlite gemstone beads.
This mala was designed to help one get through any obstacle in life with grace, strength and patience. The eight limbs of the octopus are a symbol of the eight limbs of yoga practice, which are part of the Yoga Sutra of Patanjali.
The octopus symbolizes grace and flexibility due to their natural ability to maneuver through the ocean without strain. They are highly intelligent, strategic beings who utilize their secrecy to survive and thrive. The octopus is also associated with intelligence, insight, vision, mystery and illusion.
